We offer free standard shipping on every order to all 50 United States. There is no minimum purchase requirement and no hidden shipping fees.
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days from the date your order ships. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.
We currently ship to all 50 states within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@destinationhomeict.com. Include your order number and photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please wait 2 business days and then contact us. We will work with the carrier to locate your package or send a replacement.
